Wow it's been 8 days since the last update!! This is because, Not to much is really going on right now.  All is about the same here today is just doing things around the house all day long. there No breaking big news on CNN. Now, that we have a new Pope, all is quit again. The only thing is about the comments and my 30th year of writing as pen pal and a new pen pal. so here it goes!

I am not sure why I am not getting no comments at all.  Is it what I am writing, or just boring.  Its not that hard to take one minute to write some comments, so I a thinking its me!! Am I doing this wrong or just boring??  At one time, I was thinking of a overhaul and making this just a news blog but, I am not sure if that would help. Please please tall me what I am not doing right or what is wrong.  Some of you out there been doing this for a lot longer then I have.

Pen Pals:  On the 24th of April it was 30 years of writing to my first Pen pal.  she more then a pen pal after all these years but she stuck with me and put up with me not writing at times and up and downs over the years.   She is from Singapore and this week was our 30th year of knowing her, and I am very glad that I do!!  it all started with a children TV show in 1975 called " Big Blue Marble 'Any of you remember that show?' " they had a sagment  that you could send for a pen pal name and I did and it was her!! And as they say The rest is history!!   Now we have writen for 30 years.  Had some others but they all drifted away, but not her!! anyway that is the story!  So I say to her Happy 30th to you and I hope for another 30 to come LD xxxxxx000000!    I do have a new Pen Pal, I don't want to forget her.  Her name is Lisa fom China and it is great to E-mail her onece in a while and get to know her.   So I say hello to Lisa. I must be turn into Asia!!!   It is great to have a new online 100's friends t hat I have one line.   Most of them are form programing and stuff like that, but new friend is always fun to have.

Well  we now have a new pope and now that is over I hope he will be in office for a long time. I don't think he will be the guy is 78 years old. He look like he might be a good pope.

Tommrow, I be framing some art work and I  will be having a cook out also. My mother and my sister boy( Michael 12 yo) will be coming over and that should be fun. I don't like framing to much but I do have to get it done. I might post a quick sample of my guitar playing. Maybe in a week or so. well that it for now.

Well yesterday, I spent time outside doing the yard work. It is so nice to have all the windows open and being outside in the yard again. After that, I sat out on the pouch and carve for awhile. I pick up a new carving knife and starting to do some carving. I never did this before and hope that I can pick it up. The book ends are ready to varnish and hope to do that this week.  thats it for now.

Today we set the clocks one hour ahead! now that the spring is coming, it's nice to be out more. I work down in the shop today and got some of the project's done that been waiting to be finish.

I haven't forgotten about the music that I want to record and make a CD. I been working on it but, It's been slow coming. As you see, I updated this blog page a lot. just look on the left and right margin. I am still working on the same art peace so not much to tall about that. Also, I will be adding more pictures on my picture site. well, that is about it for now.

Note:  two people had ask me this. So here how it is. If I'm  planing to sell that art,  I will not put it up on my personal page.  That will go for the music recording I was speaking about. I will not put the whole thing up. this is Because of size and band width and other reasons.
