In this mad world, where it seems that nothing is clear. Not to many artist get noted for there art and seem that most,  just blend in the clog wheel of art world.  There is one that always stuck(like an odd penny) out and made himself notice in the world of art, Andy Warhol is one of them( in communal art world) he was&n bsp;known as strange, mad man, brazier, asymmetric, and genies of the art word.  His work was well credited over the years and over the world, most of  it was silk screen and sketch's, that include portraits and communal work; Such as The famous Campbell soup can label, Marrow portrait and many others( for more of his work visit http://www.andywarhol.com/" title="http://www.andywarhol.com/" target="_blank"http://www.andywarhol.com/  )  

You can say he didn't act or look like the normal person on the street. What was  written about him, that  he was very shy and quit person who like to stay by himself.  Although, he had many friends  in the art, film and music cycles. He also start the Velvet under ground and worked with Lou Reed and may other rock and folk stars.  In the movie about " The Doors" the group was performing in New York city and attended a party by Warhol(around 1968)

I found some interviews with the BBC and I thought you may get a kick out of listening to then and you may understand what I found out about him also.

Here in Waterville, We had a snow fall of one foot of snow.  So, I've was out plowing it and clean up the place.  Up here, a foot is  not that much at all.  Some times they can get three feet of snow. The place is coming a long up here.  I might have to do the shade in the spring or when it is warm out.  The said is in my out by my door but its not heated so, Its very cold out there. I don't want to freeze my @#$ off and have to be out there working in the cold.

I started a new Pastel art work and hope I can get it done for the show on Feb 17th. VSA is having a showing in Portland, Augusta and Bangor in the main Maine gallery showing. I am hoping to show 3 Pastels this show. You have to enter a study form of the same mediums.

As some of might have seen the new left side bar.  My new live video chat client.  Check it out when you can.  It's not on all the time,  But I will try to have it on more.  So, stop in chat a bit and saw howdy!!!  it a live streaming form my living room; some times what I am watching and some times me.   You just have to keep checking back and see if it on or not for now.

 My class is going well and reading a lot of great poetry in class. We reading form Keats, Wentworth and Miller. There a lot of the building of a great poem and its great to read it and understand how they write a poem. there are different forms and a lot more to it then I thought.

Well that is my update and what is going on here. I hope to go out snowing shoeing and skiing this week but not sure when or if I will or not. Today, on CNN the US government want to data and logs of users searches.  There are some search engines do apply to the white house; Some are Yahoo, Jeeves and some others that will turn over logs and data.   Goggle well not comply to the White House request and will fight the law suit,  Goggle says its a aviation of privacy and rights.  The US government says, if they do not comply the matter will be taken to court.  Goggle says a flat "NO"

Under the regime of  George Bush, we are losing more of are rights and privacy's here in the US.  Every day its more like war time Germany and the rule of Hitler or cold war Russia.  A few years ago, The RiAA also lunch a "WITCH HUNT" on users who download, listen and shared music on-line. Suing  a 12 year old girl from New York, and   ;terrorizing million s.  Is this a right of the Government  or dictatorship?   GW Bush will not stop of that!! next we will want cams in our bedrooms and other areas of privacy.

I went to my mail this morning, and found a lot of E-mailing telling me how much they enjoy reading my blog and how much they hate to see me go(I receive about 20 Emails). So after I got off the Computer desk from jumping on it and strangling my mouse; I will stay and try to fix my blog and make even better. Thank you all for Emailing me and telling me how much you enjoy the blog and want me to stay. I to say, this is the wrest version that can be for bloging. I feel that we are a lot more limited and its harder to use. the CSS editor does not work that well. I click on the edit button and it doesn't work. They need to really work on it. I am sure they going to lose a lot of users because of this. You well things a little different in days to come. If something not working or looks odd. Please note I am working on it. Dan

This blog has been change, as you can see!!

After all the work and fixing and moving and about a year and an half of work and now its gone!!! Thanks to tblog I have to start over and redo this who blog! I am not sure at this point, if I will stay here or move on. Most likely I will move. Please check back and I will post any changes or notes where I am at that point.

I am so upset right now with TBlog, that I can't tell you. All that work so hard is all mess up and the accounts sets are so bad and so hidden that you cant find anything!!! I going to take my blog and go somewhere else and have my blog!! I talk to 15 to 20 other people and we are all going to leave Tblog. They really mess it up. Things are missing on my page and every thing is out of sink and over layed!! and think I paid for this service and liked it and now my blog is all messed up. WE SHOULD GET OUR MONEY BACK FOR THIS!!! Bye Bye Tblog.

I been taking a coarse at Bn for understanding poetry.  So I've been working on that and did some update to the blog also.  I been just unpacking and working to get this place in order, it takes so long to unpack and get the place where you want it. - Dan

Now I'm settling in and the apartment is coming along, even though, I still have some boxes but not as much as I did when I first moved in.   I beginning to enjoy the place more now. At first, I was not sure about it but now the boxes as going and it getting all in order, I do like it more now.   Right now it is snowing like mad outside.   I guess I've forgetting, how much more snow Maine gets then down in Mass" THERE'S SNOW IN THESE HILLS ma!!!"   All is coming along and I am stealing in now. I will be back bloging soon.
