I been meditating a lot lately, some peace and relieve stress. I have been for awhile now, meditating, reading(or studying) about Buddha. I have not convert, but just enjoy reading and meditation. I have this book on meditations

Meditating? It appears this is like a devotional book, with a reading for every day of the year. Do you find the focus on meditation helps you to be a better artist? I appreciate the effort of anyone to take seriously matters of faith and the divine. Hopefully, the ice in Maine should be melting soon, and you can actually get outside and enjoy some nature!

Well, I'm a buddhist here. But I don't meditate. Don;t know how to and don't have that patience. LOL. I can;t hear the song below there by the way. I see that you play the guitar? Lovely!
