Eczema server breakout

I ended up at the hospital with my hands all broken out and bleeding. I had eczema since I was 15(I won't say how many years that was been ago:)) But since I worked out in the yard three days ago, this is had a bad attack ever!!
So now I am not able to do that much at all. No painting, solvents or garden stuff for a while. Even when I use gloves my hands sweat and it make them itch and burn. My heads are all stiff and even now its hard to type; even painful to type right now but not much I can do about that. They are all red, itchy and some places raw to the bleed. the doctor gave me some cream and have to wait for for a week or two. This happen when I work out in the garden. I had had many breakouts before but nothing like this. So that's my update for now I will try to keep you posted when I can.

Hope you get better real fast. I can imagine the paint and solvents would not be good for this situation. Maybe you could do some sculpting?

We have a Blick art supply store in Roswell, about 10 miles from here. It's a great place. And I can usually find a "50% Off Any One Item" Coupon, which makes for a great purchas.

It's good to find out what trigger your eczema, so you can avoid it.
I've eczema too since I was young and it came back for visits when
weather became dry, dust or I used the wrong handwash etc.
Try to keep your hands moisturised always. ;)

I am sorry I missed this post. I have eczema too! I get it in my ear canals. I wonder if you could get those black gloves that the hairdressers and tattoo artists use to block the irritants from your skin while you are in the garden! You won't get to feel the dirt under your fingernails, but that could be a plus! *Grin*
