Great TV
I've found a new channel that is not only entertaining but challenge your mind and artistry. The channel is 17 on my box but the name of the networks is OVATION The Arts Network Its all about art and artist form painting, jazz, rock, pop and ever thing in between. I've been watching a lot of great programs of the old masters. About there work and there lives. On Saturday night they have a log of great music live from the stage. but, they have a lot of music everyday also. Well, that is it for now. Tonight I'll be going to my drawing group. We have a live model come in and it's just a fun night.

Dan, I'm always impressed by your open mind. Not only are you an artist, but you are open to many different kinds of art, and music, and literature. And you're a web developer to boot. What gives? Are there any types of art that you don't like at all?

Thank you very much Stone. There are not many art forms that I don't like. Art come form the soul and mind and what every comes form the soul is art. Just like Lou Reed. He is an artist in his lyrics and where some think he strange -the Warhol group- they are artist and that is great. Andy, thou he seemed lost at time he was a master and visionary in the art world.
I was trained classical in guitar, and always like that form. Even-tho, I like rock and jazz.

I haven't been able to watch that channel in a long time, but I saw some excellent jazz programs on there. Good stuff.
And Lou Reed is excellent. I think it's time for me to pull some of those albums back out.

given. on the first day of classes for any workshop, they bring everyone to the front of the room and riddle them with bullets. they don't quit shooting you until you're able to laugh.
'course, no one ever manages to laugh. a lot of holey people in workshops.
