On the Pre-Juried showing my painting "Fish Fry" came out with good remarks: "Whimsical and clear idea and execution, colors and image are appealing." Those where the comments from the judges in the Pre-juried showing. The Pastel Painting "Fish Fry" is now going to the juried showing in April. Note: Due to spam problems and the filters seem not to work that well. The comments is now for TBlog members only. I hope that this will change soon and open comments to all. |

I use to make sure I would see Bob Ross on WQED at 2:00 every Thursday, and then he was no longer on and I wondered where he went. I am not a painter but I did enjjoy his show so much so that I just knew I could paint if I tried, but I never did. I just decided I would look him up on my computer to see what station he was on now. I couldn't belive he was no longer with us but now paints in heaven with a smile on his face. I am so sorry to even know that now. He was not just a wonderful painter and teacher, but you couldl tell how much he live life.

He was one of the good people. He loved animales and everyone. He is messed by those who learned how to paint with him (I was one of them,then I went on from there.) He made you believe that you could do it and always said, "try, just try it and you see that you can do it." We all mess him and his talent. Thank you for your comment. I hope you come back and visit and read my up dates.
