Pizza Night at Dan's Place.

Well tonight was Pizza night at my house. I made a master piece of a pizza-A work of art! The toppings are An chovies,pepperoni, onions,hot peppers and mince garlic all over,With double cheese. It was soooo good that I ate four slices of it. To wash it down I had my Samuel Adams beer to top it all off. I make a lot of pizza and enjoy making it. Would anyone like to come over for a few slice and a beer ? I guess it's a pizza for sick twisted, demented people. I Do have an odd taste!!

Right out of the oven.

Well now I shared that and made all of you hungry. I say good night and hope every one have a happy new year.

That does look delicious.
Pizza is fun to make, but I have such a hard time getting it onto the baking stone.

Ha, ha not everyone like them but that is ok. I have the half of it with with out any anchoives at all... just peparoni and garlic and onions. That can be your side. ;)) The beer will compament it well.

The easy way is to put corn meal, or ovlive oil on to the stone and roll it out on the stone. I press my neckels into the doe going from center going outwards. I do the same around the perimeter to get it to the 16" inches. make sure that any holes are patched before putting the sauce on.
