A Thai Garlic Basil Stir-Fry, with shrimp and Asian Vegetables over the Thai noodles, served with Bolla Chanti wine. What a mix that is! This Chanti is a robust wine has a pleasant wine after taste but it is very intoxicant red wine; one glass and you are feel effect of it but it is an Enjoyable wine! Anyone cares to join me? Let me know in a comment what you think of this dish.

It's a nice little wine, are you ready for another glass? The music is "cavatina," it was writen by Stanley Mayer. it sort of happy and said at the same time. John williams recorded it, that it was the theme for "Dear Hunter," and "Walking stick."

Food looks super...would love to try it...but no shrimp!! I'm super allergic to it..Can eat clams, and lobster, have a reaction, but not as bad as shrimp...just touching a piece of shrimp to my lips results in instant swelling, and to swallow a piece would be fatal before I could get to help!! Kill the spammer by turning comments to members only!!!
