How do you get traffic to blog and comments

I been sitting here waiting for a comment and i see 152 been here but no comments. What do you need to do to bring traffic and comments?

People just don't comment that much. I'm up to like 1600 hits and i only have like 1 person who actually reads and comments on mine. If you want more hits. Comment on others more i'de say and just give it time. If someone likes what your posting they'll see a post with your name and just be like cool lets go there. i'll link your blog on mine too.
